Carstens Brasserie

The menu is built around the Josper grill, with dry aged rib eye, bavette, fillet and wagyu among the headline cuts, alongside tuna steak, salmon and spare ribs. Starters range from beef tartare and shrimp cocktail to plant based options such as stuffed mushrooms and salt baked beetroot with goat's cheese.

Two vegetable centred mains offer a clear alternative: a beetroot Wellington with red wine and onion jus, and grilled aubergine with pulled jackfruit. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are clearly marked throughout the menu, and plant based set menus can be arranged on advance request.
